- Contactor Responsibility Responsibility REPS and CERTS SF 1442 The Agreement Solicitation Statement/Summary of Work Davis Bacon Wage Determination SYNOPSIS: This Project entails the removal of used RPM Concrete Foundations and anchoring bolts at various Land Ports of Entry in Vermont (see listings below) and then repairing the roadway with either Hot Mix Asphalt or Concrete depending on the location. Land Ports of Entry: Beebe Plain, VT. (Paved Plaza) Alburgh, VT. (Paved Plaza) Derby Line, VT. (Paved Plaza) North Troy #1, VT. (Concrete Plaza) North Troy #2, VT. (Concrete Plaza) The Solicitation Package is posted as of Wednesday, April 26, 2017. Estimated Cost is Betwteen $25,000 and $100,000. This Procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. This solicitation does authorize the transmittal of offers, modifications, or withdrawals of offers through email. Please email a copy of your proposal to kimberly.gelly@gsa.gov with a cc: to kevin.morris@gsa.gov to be received no later than Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time.
