- REPAIR GARRISON CREEK COMFORT STATION Natchez Trace Parkway MP 427.6 Williamson County Tennessee 100% Small Business The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for the Natchez Trace Parkway, Williamson County, Tennessee. Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals to paint and finishing the interior and exterior of the building per Statement of Work. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $70,000 and $80,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Williamson County, Tennessee will apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number: P17PS00686 hereby is issued as a Request for Proposal. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 236220 and the size standard is $36.5M. It is the contractor ¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by early April 2017. Evaluation factors: Sealed Bid. Bidders must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
