- Draft Solicitation This is a DRAFT Solicitation. The Request for Proposal is anticipated to be released fiscal year (FY) 2017. This DRAFT solicitation notice is for information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award of contracts. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice. At the time of solicitation, it is the Government's intent to initiate a Performance Price Tradeoff with a Past Performance Questionnaire. Responses to this notice shall be submitted via e-mail to Rosa Lara at rosa.lara.1@us.af.mil and Heather Sorensen at heather.sorensen@us.af.mil. All information provided must be in English. The e-mail subject line shall reflect: "DRAFT Solicitation Response to FA301617R0044 for PRK Services". Questions, suggestions and/or concerns are encouraged, but must be submitted in writing no later than 09 May 2017, Tuesday, at 12:00 PM Central Time (DRAFT Solicitation closing time).
