Description

MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one responsible source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i). "Only one responsible source" is based on the company being the sole developer and provider of the product(s) and/or service(s) and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government's requirement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: DLT Solutions LLC, 2411 Dulles Corner Park - Suite 800, Herndon VA 20171. DESCRIPTION QTY PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Toad for Oracle Professional Edition Per Seat Maintenance Renewal 4 07/31/17 through 07/31/18 Toad Data Point Professional Edition Per Named User Maintenance Pack 10 07/31/17 through 07/31/18 Toad for Oracle DB Admin Module Per Seat Maintenance Renewal 4 07/31/17 through 07/31/18 This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 04/28/2017 by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to jorge.l.acevedo4.civ@mail.mil.
