Attachment2 Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K00-17-T-0214 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20161222. This solicitation is for Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services for government owned Wizard2 1Detector located at Reynolds Army Health Clinic, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The period of performance is 15 May 2017 - 30 September 2017 plus four 12-month option years.
