- Attachment L-2 Conformed Copy Modification Document This solicitation will henceforth be referred to as XLUUV (Orca). Accordingly, references to "XLUUV" have been changed to "XLUUV (Orca)" in the Section B CLIN structure of this Amendment 0002. In response to the questions received from industry on the XLUUV (Orca) RFP and responses provided by the Government, the conformed Amendment 0002 is hereby posted. For ease of review, a Summary of Changes is also posted. Revisions to the controlled distribution RFP attachments as identified in the Bidder's Q&A are in process. They will be distributed to potential Offerors via the same process identified in the Q&A section of this FBO posting. In the event of a conflict between the RFP and the Government responses to the RFP questions, the RFP will govern. Additionally, Attachment L-2 format has been revised. Please ensure proposal submittals are in accordance with the updated attachment.
