- The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office has a Emergency requirement to procure the following items listed below for delivery to the Murfreesboro TN CMOP. The request is for Assorted Pharmaceuticals. (3 Line items) to fill for high demand: Description Quantity ANAGRELIDE HCL 0.5MG CAP 144 LITHIUM CARBONATE 450MG SA TAB 288 HYDROQUINONE 4% CREAM 240 The Product Code is 6505, Pharmaceutical Preparation ; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ to Karen.Griffin4@va.gov. (Preferred contact method). The phone number is (913) 684-0143. Solicitation package VA770-17-Q-0298 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or around 26 March, 2017, and will close no later than 4:00 PM CST on 27 March 2017. No solicitation packages will be mailed. Only Bid on items you have in stock, or can supply to the Tucson CMOP by May 3, 2017 ARO. Vendors must supply a copy of license with quotes. The Drug Supply Chain Security Act applies. Responses must be concise and be specifically directed to the requirement reference above. It is the offertory s responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps for changes or amendments. VENDORS SHOULD BID ON ITEMS THAT THEY HAVE IN STOCK, CAN PROVIDE ITEM QUOTED.
