- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a one hundred percent small business set-aside single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with Fixed Price- Economic Price Adjustment provisions for the delivery of an estimated 120,000 gallons of propane to approximately 45 leased and government-owned tanks (sizes ranging from 8 gallons to 1000 gallons) at the following locations within the Naval Facilities and Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington, D.C. region. Deliveries under each task order will be made bi-weekly and upon urgent request. Estimated period of performance is 26 May 2017 through 25 May 2022: Pax River, Webster Field, Solomons Annex Public Works, Bldg 504 22445 Peary Rd Patuxent River, MD 20670 Indian Head Public Works, Bldg. 873 4638 Hersey Road Indian Head, MD 20640 Dahlgren Public Works, Bldg. 182 18330 Thompson Road Dahlgren, VA 22448 Annapolis Public Works, Bldg. 181 181 Wainwright Road Annapolis, MD 21402-5013 The services will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, FAR subpart 16.5 Indefinite Delivery Contracts, and FAR Subpart 19.5, Set-Asides for Small Business. This requirement is a follow-on effort to contract N00189-16-D-0038, issued to Pyramid Technologies Inc. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 324110, Petroleum Refineries, and the Size Standard is 1500 Employees.
