- Instructions to Offerrors has been updated to reflect new closing date and clarification regarding FOB Shipping terms. This solicitation is being amended to extend the final closing date by 7 days to clarify FOB shipping terms. If shipping cost are not included in the price of the materials it must be listed separately. The Government does not allow Pre-Pay and Add as a shipping term as this is Firm Fixed Price. Additional cost should be outline accordingly. All proposals are due no later than 3 May 2017 at 10:00 AM ET. This soliciation is being amended to provided answers to vendor questions and to extend the deadline of final soliciation closing. Also note that the soliciation number referenced in FBO is W81XWH-17-T-0019 THE SOLICIATION NUMBER SHOULD BE W8XWH-17-T-0119 PLEASE MAKE NOTE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81XWH-17-T-0119. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 are incorporated. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
