Description
Commercial Clauses Wage Determinations Scope of Work Request For Proposal This combined synopsis/solicitation for Services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is HSCG28-17-Q-PMW143. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 237120 Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction ($33.5) This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 and part 15 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate the proposals: 1. Technical Capability of the services offered to meet/exceed the Governments Requirements per the Attached Statements of Work. 2. Price of items offered to the Government When submitting your proposals, request a price breakdown of the following: a. Cost of labor and supervision b. Cost of materials and equipment to perform contract. Anticipated award date: 10 business days after close of solicitation, OOA 26 May 2017 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 12 May 2017. Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). Wage determinations No.: 2015-2543 Revision No.: 3 Date Of Revision: 03/17/2017 SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials and equipment to replace the piping associated with the 5,750 gallon diesel tank at fuel farm located at the USCG Air Station Miami, 14750 NW 44th Ct., Miami, FL 33054. Per provided SOW. Geographical range: Price Range: NTE $25.4K Performance Period: Performance of work is expected to commence NLT 10 days after award is made. Extension period must be approved by the Contracting Officer for any unforeseen delays. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the services required. Site visit: It is highly recommended that prospective bidders attend the scheduled site visit set for Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 1000 (10a.m.) to field verify the requirements listed on the Statement of Work.
