- The purpose of this amendment is to: (a) provide maintenance serial numbers and (b) respond to questions. ANSWER: Your firm fixed price quote should include all associated costs to fulfill this requirement per item. You do not have to show me the burden breakdown, just the total price per item (for a quantity of 1 and then the cost for a quantity of 3) and a total price of all items combined. QUESTION: Do you have a percentage variance set price limit to which you can accept or reject the pricing? ANSWER: There is no percentage variance set price limit to which pricing will be accepted or rejected. This is a lowest price technically acceptable requirment. The time and date for receipt of quotes remains unchanged at: on or before 1:00 EST, April 28, 2017.
