- AHC CHILLER EVAL AND REPAIR SPECIAL NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A NOTICE OF SOLICITATION ISSUANCE. The Bureau of Land Management intends to issue an award to an 8(a) company named Jita Contracting, Inc. 1129 Narrow Gauge Ave., Colorado 81301 for AHC AIR CONDITIONER REPAIR. The work of this contract consists of: 1. Comprehensive evaluation of chiller system operation, components, controls and wiring with a report of findings and recommendations, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Anasazi Heritage Center, Dolores, Colorado. Incudes on-site investigation, interview of on-site maintenance staff, and preparation of a report detailing observations and recommendations for remediation of any issues that are discovered. 2. Follow-up repairs and adjustments in accordance with findings. Based on findings, follow-up repair of the system is to be scheduled to be performed as soon as possible. Anticipated repairs include: · Install Owner supplied compressor (new in 2016) · Repair of Electronic Expansion Valves as needed based on evaluation · Leak repairs. · Other repair items as needed per evaluation. · System start-up and adjustments NAICS code is 238220 with size standard of $15 Mil. This Special Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes as BLM will not accept offers from public.
