- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center, Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement construct a sleeping addition on building 1680 as well as repair the interior of building 1680 in Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 236220 with a small business size standard of $36,500,000 million. Solicitation W911SA-17-B-0029 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. This solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set aside. Project magnitude is over $1,000,000 and 5,000,000. Period of Performance will be 365 after the notice to proceed. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue the solicitation within 60 days of this pre solicitation notice. The site visit date and time will be provided with the solicitation once it is issued. Do not contact the Contract Specialist for requests to change the set aside or to state your interest. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page (fbo.gov) for the future issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. Review "10 USC 2805: Unspecified minor construction (c)." Use of Operation and Maintenance Funds - The Secretary concerned may spend from appropriations available for operation and maintenance amounts necessary to carry out an unspecified minor military construction project costing not more than $1,000,000.00. The portion of this requirement to construct a sleeping addition will fall under 10 USC 2805.
