- Presolicitation notice This is a Pre-solicitation Notice Only. No contract shall be awarded from this Pre-solicitation Notice. The anticipated requirement is for a hematology analyzer and all consumables, expendables and reagents required for complete maintenance and service for the provided analyzer. The period of performance is 1 June 2017 to 30 September 2017 for the base and one option year of 1 October 2017 to 30 September 2018. This request is for William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, El Paso, Texas, 79920. This requirement is procured using NAICS code 325413 and size standard 1250. This acquisition will be procured with no set aside and is open to any size business. The Government is anticipating a Firm Fixed Price contract. All interested parties can view, download, and print a copy of the solicitation and any resulting amendments on or about 3 May 2017. All contractors wishing to do business with the Department of Defense must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
