- Amendment 8 is attached. Amendment 7- The proposal due date has been extended to 4 PM local time on Friday May 5, 2017. Questions and Answers are now posted. Amendment 6- A NON-MANDATORY site visit will take place at 9 am on Wednesday April 26, 2017. This site visit is relative to the cooling towers, only. One attendee is permitted from each company. Registration is required by sending an email to Lori.McLaughlin@faa.gov by 5 PM local time Monday April 24, 2017. THIS IS NOT A REPEAT OF THE FIRST SITE VISIT, WHICH INCLUDED ALL REQUIREMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE SOW, SPECS AND DRAWINGS. Amendment 5 is attached. Amendment 4 is issued to provide an updated SIR. For ease of reading, changes are reflected in red. Amendment 3 is issued to provide the SIR, attachments, and the 4/6/2017 site visit sign in sheet. Amendment 2: The SIR, specs, drawings, and all related documents will be distributed at the site visit. Amendment 1: After cooling tower, the word replacement is hereby deleted and replaced with refurbishment. The FAA Technical Center has an upcoming roofing requirement at the William J. Hughes Technical Center. There may also be cooling tower refurbishment involved in this project. A mandatory site visit will be held on April 6, 2017 at 9AM, local time. This is a set aside for 8(a) businesses, only. If you are interested in attending the site visit, please provide up to three names of attendees to Lori.McLaughlin@faa.gov by 4 PM, local time on Tuesday April 4, 2017. The dollar value of this requirement is between $1M and $1.5M.
