- **Synopsis is being amended to change set-aside from Total Small Business to a Hubzone Set Aside.** **Synopsis is being amended to change from FOB DEST to FOB ORIG** This acquisition is being authorized under PR: 0063578967 for 71 EA of NSN:1560-01-646-5531 (Flap, Wing Landing). This item is AMC/AMSC coded as 1C with four approved sources listed as: The Boeing Company (81205) P/N 4-5011-501, Infinity Fabrication Inc. (06DM5) P/N 4-5011-501, H R Parts Co., Inc. (32821) P/N 4-5011-501, Malones CNC Machining, Inc. (2V045) P/N 4-5011-501. A Classified Drawing is included in the restricted drawing package. This NSN is manufactured in accordance with Export Control and requires a Higher Level Quality Manufacturing system. Item is NOT a Critical Application Item. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Inspection/Acceptance Origin, FOB Destination. Ship to stock location, 71 EA at Defense Distribution Depot, Oklahoma City, OK. Standard military packaging and marking are required. Delivery is requested as 220days ARO. The acquisition will be solicited as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The estimated solicitation open date is 5/30/17, with a tentative closing date of 6/29/17. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
