- Solicitation: SPE7M1-17-R-0021 PR: 0067246898 NSN: 5960-01-083-3936 Item: Electron Tube This requirement is for a total quantity of 10 each. Price Breaks requested from a quantity of 10 units up to a quantity of 20 units. Delivery is 10 units in 360 Days This item will be shipped to: SW0400 DLA Distribution Entrance Gate 13 Chippenham Parkway RTE 150 Richmond, VA 23297 Item is solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition FAR 6.302 (c) (1). This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved source(s) under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2340 (c)(1). Approved source is Communications & Power Industries (88236) P/N VMX1160A For those sources who are interested in becoming an approved source, Procurement Note L04 (Offers for Part Numbered Items) and Procurement Note M06 (Evaluation of Offers for Part Numbered Items), outlines the Offeror's requirements and will be included in the solicitation. FOB Destination. Inspection / Acceptance at Origin First Article Testing is not required. This solicitation will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of May 12, 2017. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. Solicitation will not contain a quantity option. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Reverse Auctioning: This solicitation will not contain DLAD provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
