- Form for preregistering for the project site visit. In an effort to allow as much time as possible for attendees to make arrangements to attend the project site visit, the date and time for the site visit is as follows: An organized site visit has been scheduled for 8:00 AM (Eastern) on 1 June 2017 8:00 AM - Informational Session 8:30 AM - Board the shuttle to the project site Participants will meet at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott, located at 777 Aten Road; Coraopolis, PA; 15108. A shuttle to the site will be leaving from the hotel at 8:30 AM. A short informational session will take place prior to boarding the shuttle, so attendees are encouraged to arrive early. All attendees to the site visit will be required to preregister, due to security clearance requirements. Attendees will need to complete the attached preregistration form and submit the completed form to Michael Hutchens ( Michael.D.Hutchens@usace.army.mil ) no later than the COB on 25 May. Anyone failing to provide the mandatory information will not be allowed to participate in the site visit.
