This concludes the action items from the industry day. ******** ***********RFI # 2 AMENDMENT************************** Please see attached updated SMXG IDIQ Sample Task Order PWS dated 26 Jan 2017 Rev B. The sample Task Order PWS has been updated to clarify place of performance under section 4.1. Also, it should be noted that the initial RFI #2 notice changed the NAICS code to 541330. ******** ***********RFI # 2************************************ Please see attached RFI #2 notice and attached draft sample TO PWS. ************INDUSTRY DAY NOTICE******************************* The Source Selection Team, AFMC OL:H/PZIEB, will be hosting an Industry Day to discuss the United States Air Force (USAF) requirement for SMXG Weapons Systems Software & Hardware Support IDIQ. The purpose of this conference is to provide open dialogue between government and industry to answer questions and receive feedback to assist with acquisition planning and program strategy. BACKGROUND See attached DRAFT Basic IDIQ PWS dated 24 Jan 2017. INDUSTRY DAY The date, time and location for the Industry Day is as follows: Date & Time: Thursday, 09 February 2017 Group meeting will be begin at 9:30 am MST and is expected to end at 10:15 am MST. *Note: One-on-one meetings will be scheduled afterwards, and depending on the number of requests, may spill into additional days. See RSVP below for information regarding one-on-one meetings. Location: Hill AFB Museum, 7961 Wardleigh Road, Hill AFB, UT 84056 *Note: This facility is not located on a government installation, therefore no special access is required. Attendees Limitations: Due to room capacity the government has limited the number of attendees from each Company attending to two (2). RSVP INSTRUCTIONS: RSVP no later than (NLT) by Wednesday, 01 February 2017, 4:30 PM MST, to Mr. Nathan Hirschi, Contracting Officer, nathan.hirschi@us.af.mil, and Mr. Bradley Conroy, Buyer, bradley.conroy@us.af.mil. In order to attend Industry Day, each contractor must provide the following in their RSVP response: a. Name, address and CAGE code of firm b. Status of company - Type of Small Business or Large Business c. Number of attendees d. One-on-One sessions may be available at the request of the contractor and will be scheduled in 15 min increments during the time allowed. Please annotate your RSVP for the One-on-One Session request and you will be notified of the time scheduled prior to Industry Day. Time slots are limited and are available on a first come, first serve basis. e. The government requests a list of agenda topics and specific questions that industry would like the government to address. Please annotate your RSVP to include your agenda topic recommendations and specific questions. MISC. INSTRUCTIONS: The list of Industry Day attendees will be posted to FBO. If you would prefer your information is not posted to FBO, please annotate this on the sign-in sheet at Industry Day. ATTACHMENTS: 1. Draft Basic IDIQ PWS dated 24 Jan 2017 ******THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL***** This is a Source Sought/Request for Information posting for the SMXG Maintenance Support requirement. The purpose of this Source Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist to assist in determining if this effort can be competitive and/or a total Small Business Set-Aside. Attached to the posting is the Official Request for Information document which gives an overview of the requirement along with questions to be answered in the Capability Statement. Also attached is an EXAMPLE Statement of Work (SOW) of a Task Order. This is to only be used as a way to better understand the type of potential requirements and not to be construed as an actual SOW. All submissions are due no later than 20 October 2016 at 4:00 p.m. All submissions shall be sent to either Suzette San Juan at suzette.sanjuan@us.af.mil and/or Melanie Thomas at melanie.thomas@us.af.mil.
