Food & Drug Administration (FDA) requires Upgraded Software to support a Mass Spectrometry and plus 4 (12 Months) option years of Preventative Maintenance Agreement for Waters UHPLC. This requirement is being solicited under full and open competition using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13.5. The associated NAICS Code is: 334516 (Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing). The Government intends to award a Fixed Price Contract. The Contractor shall provide Upgraded Software to support Mass Spectrometry and plus 4 (12 Months) option years of Preventative Maintenance Agreement for Waters UHPLC. See attached RFQ and respond
