Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Jersey City: Newark Delineated Area: North: Court St. to Broad St. to Green St. to Mulberry St. to Walnut St., East: McCarter Hwy., South: E. Kinney St. to W. Kinney St., West: Nevada St.. Space Type: Parking Parking Spaces (Total): 45 Parking Spaces (Surface): 45 Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 45 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 1 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Parking Requirement: 41 Parking Spaces for GOV's (Sedans, SUV's) 3 Buses (45' X 12') 1 Airporter (27' X 12') Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Security Requirement: Structure and secure parking spaces for the exclusive use of the Government with no public access is required. All parking must be in an enclosed area with a 9' antic limb fence and CCTV coverage, and with 24/7 access. Lot must be secured and lit in accordance with security requirements set forth in the lease and ICE's internal security SOW, which will be based on the FPS assessment. Parking Security Requirements will be highly individualized based on facility needs and should be addressed in the site selection phase of the project.
