- Page 1 of 1 SYNOPSIS DESCRIPTION: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, 4100 East Mississippi Avenue, Suite 900, Glendale, CO 80246 intends to solicit sources to enter into one firm-fixed price contract to provide Deionized Water Services for the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System (ECHCS) and other VA locations in the state of Colorado. The contractor shall provide all necessary services, replacement supplies, mixing bed tanks, UV light source, consumable/disposable items, parts, accessories and any other item required for the proper operation per manufacturer s defined guidelines of the VA owned Evoqua medical grade water system. Sanitization of DI water lines and water treatment system shall be completed on weekly basis, and after tank changes. Services shall be for a one-year base period with four one-year pre-priced option periods for renewal. The solicitation package will be available for download on or about May 01, 2017, and proposals shall be 7 days after the issuance of the solicitation, and no later than 3:00 p.m. mountain time. The applicable NAICS code is 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services with a small business size standard of $15 million. This solicitation is full and open. The solicitation reference is VA259-17-R 0448 Deionized Water Services and should be referenced in all correspondence/inquiries. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at www.fbo.gov. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. Any amendments to this solicitation will be available at this website and offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to this solicitation at this website prior to the time of responding to the solicitation.
