Description

The requirement is for Pump, Fuel, Cam Actuated. The NSN 2910-01-168-7905 has an estimated annual demand of 11,594 each unit of issue. This acquisition is for a Fixed Price with an Annual Percentage Price Rate Adjustment, Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Based on market survey this is a commercial item. The proposed procurement contains a 3-year base period and an option to extend the contract period 2 times (for 1 year each time) at the discretion of the Government. The total contract period shall not exceed 5 years. Award will be made on an ALL OR NONE BASIS for items supplied covered under this contract. Copies of the solicitation are available at the https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ and available approximately 15 days after this notice is published in the FEDBIZOPPS. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be available. There are technical drawings available and First Article Test (FAT) applies. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation.
