- PROCESS REQUIREMENTS OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY: This request for information is for planning purposes only, and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid, Request for Proposal, Solicitation, and Request for Quote, or an indication that the Government will contract for the items identified in this RFI. The Government does not intend to pay for any information submitted as a result of this request. The Government does not reimburse respondents for any cost associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for responses to this RFI. Any responses received will not be considered nor used as a proposal. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Glynco, Georgia is conducting market research for the purpose of gathering information from industry for software Operational Requirements for Survey and Testing System. See attachments for details. RFI HSFLGL-17-I-00010 is a request for the following information from potential sources to include: • Company name, Duns number, street address and point of contact with phone number and email address. • Provide a brief capability statement (not to exceed 7 pages excluding brochures, pamphlets, catalogs and website information) outlining technical capabilities to provide Operational Requirements for Survey and Testing System. • Provide published price listing if available for market research purposes. Do NOT submit a quote. • Provide your socioeconomic status.  • Do you currently have contracts with any on other government agencies (to include federal, state and local for this type of solution)? If so, the contract number and agency. SUBMISSION: Response to this RFI must be submitted to Gretchen Lovell via email Gretchen.Lovell@fletc.dhs.gov by May 5, 2017, 4:00 PM EST. All submissions are to reference RFI number HSFLGL-17-I-00010 in the subject line of email.
