- Please note: Solicitation number SPE8E6-17-R-0006 has been revised to SPE8E6-17-Q-0026. Solicitation SPE8E6-17-Q-0026 has now been posted to DIBBS. This acquisition is being processed under the authority of FAR 13.5, "Test Program for Certain Commercial Items" and therefore will utilize simplified procedures for soliciting competition, evaluation, and award documentation and notification that comply with FAR 13.5. This unrestricted solicitation is for the proposed acquisition NSN 9340-01-449-7746, identified as a Fibrous Glass Reinforcing Mat. The proposed acquisition is for 1,000 yards. The resultant contract will be a Definite Quantity Contract. This solicitation will provide for a one-time procurement. Delivery will be FOB Destination. The Government required delivery schedule is 180 days after date of order. DLA Troop Support will be utilizing the "Price Only" evaluation methodology under which the Government will make an award to the responsible offeror, offering the lowest evaluated price, whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation. This solicitation closes on May 3, 2017, 3:00pm EDT.
