This is a sources sought notice only. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. Market Research is being conducted to Service Disabled Veteran owned small business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, 8(a), Woman Owned Small Business or Hub zone interests. The Salisbury North Carolina Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) is trying to determine whether to set aside the acquisition to set up monthly rental for cleaning and qc of rental support surfaces. The Salisbury Veterans Affairs Health Care System (SVAHCS) is seeking the service of a(Vendor) for monthly cleaning and maintenance services for VA-owned TxCair Plus Specialty Mattresses. Vendor Responsibilities: The following list is the work to be performed, by the vendor, for VA-owned mattresses: The Vendor shall pickup mattress(es) from the SVAHCS upon request The Vendor shall clean the mattress(es) and launder the therapy pad(s) at the Vendor s facility The Vendor shall perform and document quality control checks after mattress(es) cleaning to ensure mattress(es) is back to its original factory specifications The vendor shall identify any mattress (es) requiring repair. The vendor shall issue a quote and obtain a purchase order from the SVAHCS for any repairs not covered under the mattress(es) warranty The vendor shall repackage the clean mattress(es) in clear plastic bags and store with a copy of the quality control paperwork The vendor shall deliver and set-up the clean mattress(es) upon request If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent.
