- SYNOPSIS TITLE: 2840; Mount, Actuator; Engine, Aircraft T-64; WSIC: F PR: 0066693737, ISSUE DATE: 10MAY17; CLOSING DATE: 12JUNE17 NSN: 2840-01-579-9033; PR: 0066693737; Item: Mount, Actuator; P/N: 5005T57G03. The item intended source is Barnes Group Inc. (CAGE 75440), TSS Technologies, Inc. (CAGE 28884) and General Electric Company (CAGE 99207). DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the government furnish the information. Any manufacturer, other than Barnes Group Inc., TSS Technologies, and General Electric Company wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in an OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION (UNRESTRICTED) Firm Fixed Price contract for 109 each. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control, Higher Level Quality Requirements, and Export Control. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN; Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN. Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK) ship to: Cherry Point, NC 25833 -5040. A Government First Article will apply to this requirement with a delivery of 90 days shipped to Cherry Point, NC 25833 -5040. A Government Production Lot Test will apply to this requirement. Production delivery will be 379 days after receipt of order (DARO). Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 10 May 2017 with a closing date of 12 June 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
