Synopsis/Solicitation N00178 17Q0035 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The SMR-5550i-01 Microwave Receiver, with IF Bandwidths (1, 2, 5, 20MHz) and 95MHz (by-pass), meets mission requirements while maintaining interoperability, functionally and compatibility with the receivers currently in inventory and deployment rotation. The sole source basis for Microwave Receiver is as the best fit to replace obsolescent communications receivers to support mission requirements.
