- SOURCES SOUGHT RFI VA259-17-N-0453 The contractor shall be responsible for performing specific specialized proprietary Prostate Cancer genetic tests within their organization (no outsourcing test) that are required for critical laboratory analysis and result interpretation for veterans patient care. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Glendale, CO is performing market research to locate possible Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and/or Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractors able to provide highly specialized proprietary Genetic Testing Services, specifically Prostate Cancer diagnosis, for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19 Medical Centers, these centers are located in the following states: Oklahoma, Utah, Wyoming, Montana, and Colorado. The Government will use responses from this notice to make the appropriate acquisition decisions, specifically in regards to multiple award BPA s. Please provide a copy of available testing and pricing to the POC via email: Sura-Quay.Arbon@va.gov. All SDVOSB/VOSB respondents must be VETBIZ certified, registration shall be verified at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. The SDVOSB/VOSB contractor shall be responsible for performing specific genetic tests within their organization (no outsourcing test) that are required by VISN 19 Medical Centers for veterans patient care. The services shall include the performance of analytical testing, and the reporting of analytical test results to include consultative services as required to assimilate the full scope of patient care.
