- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 (NCO 23) anticipates issuing a solicitation on behalf of the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Health Care System (MVAHCS) for an Advanced Medical Dermatologists in accordance with FAR parts 12/15, and 38 USC 8153. A Firm fixed price contract with a base year and four (4) twelve (12) Month options is contemplated. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. The solicitation will be for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Dermatologist to provide specialized Dermatology services to eligible beneficiaries of the MVAHCS. Services shall be provided on-site for the Surgery Specialty Care Patient Service Line at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center. Contractor shall provide advanced medical dermatology services for outpatient clinic, inpatient attending, and consults. Contractor shall have significant post graduate training experience in the treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas and other skin cancers, autoimmune bullous skin diseases. The annual estimated requirement is 4.5 hour per week (every Thursday), for 202.5 hours annually This solicitation shall be issued as 100% full and open competition. The NAICS Code is 621111 Dermatologists offices-Size Standard $11.0M. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on the Government Point of Entry on or about May 3, 2017.
