- Amendment 3 Solicitation Notice Solicitation - Amendment 3 The purpose of Amendment 3 is to change the closing time from 3:00 PM CDT, Tuesday, April 25, 2017 to 3:00 PM CDT, Thursday, April 27, 2017, and to change the 1st delivery order date to May 5, 2017. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires subsistence and related supplies for the Dredge Goetz crew during the 2017 Dredging season (May through December 2017). The Dredge Goetz travels the Upper Mississippi River, from Minneapolis, MN to Memphis, TN. This will be an unrestricted solicitation. Firms of any size are encouraged to submit a quote.
