- Sources sought letter DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) The U.S. Army, Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at Fort Benning,Georgia is conducting a request for information to identify interested parties capable of Providing Scientific Equipment Maintenance and Calibration Services (includes annual service and service [repair] calls). The equipment is located in the conservation facility of the U.S. Army Heritage and Education Center (USAHEC), Carlisle Barracks, Carlisle PA as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Part 5 except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this PWS.
