Description

FAYETTEVILLE HCC BLADDER SCANNERS STATEMENT OF WORK Scope The Fayetteville VA Medical Center is seeking to purchase bladder scanners this Fiscal Year for the new operating rooms that are currently under construction. Objective - Purchase bladder scanners with latest technology and maintain a modern fleet of anesthesia machines monitors. Specifications: Bladder Scanners in compliance with most advanced industry standards plus the below minimum requirements and options. Quotes must include all detailed options in a turn-key procurement. All vendors will be required to submit VA Form 6550 with their solicitation. Where indicated a Manufacturer Disclosure Statement for Medical Device Security (MDS2) Form from the equipment manufacturer will be submitted. This document covers most pertinent information related to networking and risk exposure for medical devices. Minimum requirements are: Easily Upgradable for new software enhancements as available. Software upgrades to all existing vendor Bladder Scanners, including most advanced ventilation capabilities, agent concentration, gas consumption, and features described in this SOW. On-site educational training for all clinical users, Nursing Staff & Biomedical Technicians, including all cleaning, operations and maintenance. Must be on Picis © approved device drivers library for future AIMS. Service: During the warranty period, the vendor shall provide service, at no cost to the Fayetteville VA Medical Center, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00 am 5:00 pm (excluding holidays). Vendor will supply 24 hr phone technical support for the duration of ownership of the equipment. Warranty: The vendor shall provide a warranty for the carts that covers all parts for 12 months post purchase. The warranty shall include service and support of the entire system. Vendor must supply tiered warranty pricing for one, two, or three years. Training: The vendor chosen will be responsible for providing training to Bio Med staff and Nursing staff on proper maintenance and repairs for ADS purchased. Offer must include tuition, travel and per diem. User and Service Manuals: The vendor shall provide 2 complete printed sets as well as electronic version of operator manuals, service manuals, electronic schematics, troubleshooting guides, classroom based applications, educational software, any e-learning and parts list for each type of equipment purchased. Trade-in Allowance None. Information System Hosting, Operation, Maintenance, or Use: N/A.
