- LOGCAP V Industry Day Registration Form 23 May 2017 LOGCAP V Industry Day, 23-24 May 2017, Update Please see the LOGCAP Industry Day Registration form attachment for Industry Day on 23 May 2017. The Government intends to publicly post a list of those that attend the 23 May 2017 LOGCAP Industry Day. If attendees do not want information posted, please indicate in the appropriate section of the registration form. Interested parties should complete the form and submit via e-mail to Alejandra.c.figueroa.civ@mail.mil and brian.a.knutson2.civ@mail.mil by 16 May 2017. The Government will confirm receipt of Registration Forms within a few days once received, if you do not receive confirmation please contact Brian Knutson and Alejandra Figueroa. Three (3) representatives per company are authorized to attend. If more than three (3) representatives are desired, submit a request, to include a brief justification, to Brian Knutson and Alejandra Figueroa. As part of the May 2017 Industry Day, ASC and ACC will be offering contractors an opportunity for a 20 minute one-on-one session. Companies may register for a one-on-one session on 24 May 2017, by utilizing the following link: www.SignUpGenius.com/go/4090B4DA8A622ABFD0-logcap1. Please select a time slot (one time slot per contractor). SignUpGenius will send a notification of the time slot reserved for your company. If you do not receive a notification with your time slot from SignUpGenius, please contact Brian Knutson or Alejandra Figueroa. Time slots are available on a first come basis. Please note that the one-on-one meetings are intended for discussion of the LOGCAP V draft solicitation W52P1J-16-R-0001. *Location of one-on-one sessions will be updated in SignUpGenius when it becomes available.
