- The U.S, Government Publishing Office intends to issue a sole source contract in a accordance with MMAR 6.302-1, to 1st America Corporation to purchase a custom built Next Generation Passport Ink Mist Control Device to interface electrically and mechanically to GPO's existing CD 1027-7 Heidelberg Press The Government has determined not compete this requirement on a full and open competive bases.
