U.S. Government Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Utah Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 29,000 City: All of Salt Lake County Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA) 30,480 Space Type Clinical Parking Space (Total) 120 Full Term 20 Years Parking Spaces (Surface) 120 Firm Term 15 Years Parking Spaces (Structured) 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved) 12 Delineated area: Salt Lake County; if you responded to FBO Source Sought Notice VA25917R0361 you do not need to resend the same locations. I am looking for other locations within Salt Lake County. Additional Requirements: For this requirement, VA will consider expressions of interest for a build-to-suit building, on developer controlled land (those that offer the parcel, will develop the parcel) and existing buildings. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.   The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced.   Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
