- FA8617-17-C-211 Redacted J&A Redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition for the Joint Primary Aircraft Training System (JPATS) award of Sustaining Engineering and Program Management (SEPM) services to Beechcraft Defense Company, LLC. (BDC) This individual J&A authorizes use of other than full and open competition to award a new contract to obtain SEPM support and engineering support servie efforts for the T-6 aircraft from the original manufacturer, BDC. This Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation acquisition will support the mission requirements of all United States Government (USG) customers including: United States Air Force (USAF), United States Navy (USN), and United States Army (USA), and foreign customers participating in JPATS Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
