- Army Fraud Recovery Performance Work Statement (PWS) Full Sources Sought Notice The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management & Comptroller (ASA (FM&C)) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for an Commercial, Firm Fixed Price type contract to facilitate and oversee expeditious research to determine appropriate lines of accounting and identify the appropriate account holder to enable accurate, efficient and effective posting/processing of these fraud recovered funds. Only seeking Sources Sought information from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) See attached full Sources Sought Notice (attachment 1) and Performance Work Statement (Attachment 2) for further detailed information. The deadline for response to this request is no later than 1 pm, EST, 4 May 2017.
