- Description
- This is intended to respond to vendor questions regarding the required service: 1. Part 3.3 of the PWS states: "Water and underground sewage system shall be provided by the local Municipality" meaning that the Contractor shall only connect to the local cold water fire hydrant and underground sewage system. Other water supply/removal is not expected for items 0001, 0002 and 0003. 2. The underground sewage is located +/- 20 meters away from the shower and sink facility trailers. The water comes from a fire hydrant located +/- 50 meters away from the shower and sink facility trailers. 3. The contractor is responsible for the connection to the underground sewage and the local cold water fire hydrant, however assistance from the local municipality can be offered upon request. 4. The sink facility in item 0003 shall be a container with sinks which will provide for cold and hot water. Hot water balloon is authorized for the sink facility. The sink facility may or may not be comprised of hand wash stations. 5. Hand wash stations in item 0002 which are located outside the sink facility are not required to provide for hot water.
