At this time, The Department of Veteran Affairs is not seeking quotes, and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondents are advised that the United States (U.S) Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this Presolicitation Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Presolicitation Notice will be solely at the responding party s expense. Responses to the Presolicitation Notice will not be returned. The West Palm Beach Medical Center located at 7305 N Military Trail West Palm Beach, FL 33410, intends to issue a Request For Quote (RFQ) for fifty 40 LED display monitors with the following requirements. 40 Inch Direct Lit LED Display (2 32 Monitors) Resolution 1080P (1920x1080) Native Resolution, Contrast Ratio 5000:1 Minimum 60Hz Refresh Rate, Built in speakers (10Wx10W) Built in MagicInfo Player S3, 1GHz Quad ore CPU, Video Decoder MPeG-1/2, H.264/AVC (Dual) VC-1, JPEG, PNG, VP8, Audio DSP (Decoder) AC3 (DD), MPEG, DTS 24/7 Operability, Built in Wifi RS232C in, RS232C Out, IR/Ambient Sensor IN, RGB/DVI/HDMI/AV/Component/Audio In, Audio Out, SD Card, USB, DVI/Magicinfo In, DP in, HDMI x2, RGB In, DP Out, AV In, IR Out, RJ45 Black in Color and Bezel Contractor is expected to provide installation, set-up and training regarding the removal and replacement of the monitors for access and repairs. Contractor is expected to give training on the capabilities, limitations, and special applications of equipment, basic operating and safety procedures, and emergency procedures if failure occurs, maintenance responsibilities to 2 Medical Media Personnel. Type of contract will be a Fixed Price Service Contract. This procurement is being solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Small Business set aside under NAICS code 334220 Radio and Television Broadcasting and Wireless Communication Equipment Manufacturing, size standard is 1,250 employees.
