Description
Please refer to the attachments for the information regarding this project. The documents include the Draft Solicitation / Request for Proposal, Statement of Work (SOW), Drawings, and Wage rates for this effort. As this is a draft; final documents will be attached upon confirmation of site visit date and amendment of this announcement. This is a Request for Proposal for A Water Intrusion Assessment at the Tulsa-Riverside, OK, Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT). The services will be performed at the Richard Lloyd Jones Airport, 8801 South Jack Bates Avenue, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74132. This is a Small Business set-aside utilizing NAICS code 562910: Remediation Services, with a size standard of $20,500.000.00. Therefore, only responses from Small Businesses (including SDVOSB, 8a, etc.) will be considered for award. All Offerors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov) with a valid DUNS number for consideration. It is anticipated that a Fixed Price contract will result from this announcement. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this Solicitation / Request for Proposal. Therefore any cost associated with the submission is solely at the interested vendor ™s expense. NOTE: Site Visit date is not yet set, but will be during the week of May 1 “ May 5, 2017 at the facility; will update this announcement when date and time is confirmed. All vendors attending the Site Visit must respond to the Contract Specialist, Chris Ekadis, at Christopher.ekadis@faa.gov by 5:00 p.m. CDT (Oklahoma Time), Friday, April 28, 2017, with your intent to participate (including names of your company and individual names). If there are questions that arise from the Site Visit, please submit them to Contract Specialist, Chris Ekadis to email: Christopher.ekadis@faa.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. CDT (Oklahoma Time) Friday, May 5, 2017. Responses will be made no later than Monday, May 8, 2017, 5:00 p.m. CDT (Oklahoma Time). Closing date for this announcement is May 12, 2017, 5:00 p.m. CDT (Oklahoma Time); all responses must be emailed to: Christopher.ekadis@faa.gov by this date and time to be considered. This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist small businesses, small business owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
