- Synopsis will be as follows. A separate written solicitation M67400-17-T-0067 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after April 26, 2017. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 20161222. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. Required Item and Descriptions are as follows. 0001 Washing Machine 0002 Dryer 0003 Dishwasher 0004 Electric Range 0005 Refrigerator 0006 Universal Dishwasher Kit 0007 Washing Machine Hose 0008 Power Supply Cord 0009 Multi-Flexible Duct 0010 Metal Worm Clamp 0011 Dryer 0012 Washer The Government will award the responsible Offeror(s) which is the most advantageous to the Government on the basis of a best value evaluation process. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Quotes must be active in the System for Award Management (SAM) Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted quote. The solicitation ( Request for Quotation), when released, will be available electronically at the following web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-17-T-0067. The solicitation also may be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Quotes must be received no later than 10:00AM, Japan Standard Time (JST) on the solicitation closing date.
