- CDRL 003 CDRL 002 CDRL 001 Solicitation One (1) Cross Drive Dynamometer with Installation, Training, and annual Maintenance/Calibration. See attached Solicitation (W91QVN-17-T-0008) and attachments. This solicitation is being conducted under the Logistics Cost Sharing (LCS) program. The vendor must be a Republic of Korea (ROK) owned company per the definition of a "Korean Contractor" in the solicitation. The prohibition of using off-shore manufacturers is waived for this requirement. Site Visit scheduled for May 10, 2017, 10:00am, Korea Standard Time. Offer due date is May 19, 2017, 10:00am, Korea Standard Time.
