THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE SYNOPSIZING AN UPCOMING COMPETITIVE SOLICITATION SATISFYING THE REQUIREMENTS OF FAR 5.201 AND 5.203 AN INVITATION FOR BIDS WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT MAY 12, 2017 Paint CLC, Building(s) 7A, 7B and 3A, Canandaigua VA Medical Center VA242-17-B-0535 The Canandaigua VA Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement to paint approximately 40,000 square feet on three floors of the Community Living Center (CLC). The work will include, but not limited, surface preparation, painting of walls, hollow metal doors, gyp board soffits, clean up and disposal. All work will be accomplished on the Canandaigua VAMC site as indicated in the plans, specifications, and drawings under project number 528A5-17-543. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $36.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. A 20% bid bond will be required and must be submitted with the bid. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
