Description

The United States Navy, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is issuing a pre-solicitation notice for electrical repairs at Unit Substation 23A feeding the main building for Naval Health Clinic New England at Naval Station Newport. The Naval Health Clinic New England at Naval Station Newport also requires preventative maintenance and small repairs to its electrical distribution system equipment located in main electrical rooms 1278 and 1156, Bldg.23 and Bldg.23A respectively. The solicitation number will be N40085-17-Q-0535. This is a total small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code is 238210 with a Small Business Standard of $15M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by NAVFAC. The magnitude of this project is less than $25,000.00. The government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract to the lowest price responsible and responsive small business offeror. This is NOT a solicitation. Do Not Submit proposals or questions in response to this notice. The solicitation will only be issued electronically and will be available on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO), http://www.fbo.gov, on or about the end of April, 2017. No telephone calls or written request for the solicitation package will be accepted. All prospective offerors are responsible for visiting the web page frequently to obtain the solicitation and any amendments or other information pertaining to this solicitation.
