Description
STATEMENT OF WORK FAR COMMERCIAL ITEMS FAR- Commercial Items FAR- Construction This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance FAR Part 12: Acquisition of Commercial items shall be used as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% Set-Aside for small business. The small business standard is 500 employees. The United States Coast Guard Base Elizabeth City intends to award this requirement for Window Replacement/repairs. This annoncement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested under number 23-17-277PCV745. The NAICS code is 332321. See attachments for the specific performance specifications. Delivery shall be FOB destion to USCG Station Hobocken, 196 HWY 33W, Hobucken, NC 28537. This resultant contract from this solicitation will be firm fixed price. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-08. The following clausees and provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders;HSAR3052.209-71 Contractor Employee Access; 3052.209-70 Prohibition with Contract with Corporate Expatriates. The provision at 52.212-2 Evalutation Commercial Items; the evauluation criteria are as follows: (1) Price (2) Estimated time required to complete work, (3) Past perfomance. Evaluation factors (2) thru (3) combined equal to (1). This acquisition will utilize lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. In addition, all offerors must submit a completed form FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Cerifications Commercial Items. This clause may be downloaded, free of Charge, at https://www.acquistion.gov/FAR. Offerors who fail to submit a completed FAR 52.212-3 may be considered nonresponsive and will not be considered in the evaluation. All offerors must be registered with the System Award Management. All Offerors must be registered with the System Award Management. Offerors who are not registered with SAM may be considered nonresponsive and will not be considered in the evalutaion. The contractor will be required to provice along with price, a delivery schedule, sufficient technical literature, past performances information, completed FAR52.212-3, and offerors name, address, point of contact name, phone number, email address, fax number, tax identification number and DUNS number. Relevant Past performance information should be three references within the last five (5) years. Provide Company's name, point of contact, telephone number, fax and email address. This information must be current. Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses and Department of Labor Wage rates for services a are included in this order and are included in this order and are applicable. All clauses and provisions referenced in this annoncement may be accessed at the following website https://www.acquisition.gov/FAR. No numbered notes are included in the solicitation. Sire Visti is required before offer is made (SEE STATEMENT OF WORK). The date and time set for receipt of offer is May 12, 2017 NLT 2pm EST.
