- Amendment 2 posted. Amendment 1 posted. This is the final SIR. The contractor must provide technical support to eFAST. The domain for the support contract is FAA wide with activity generally acquisition, computer system and computer software support in nature. Related tasks such as program office support is within the scope of this contract. Technical support includes gathering and elucidation of requirements, analysis and management of requirements, design analysis specification, design review, build and code, test, technical support and maintenance of support systems for filing organizing, analyzing and archiving contract information and related program office information. The contractor must coordinate and cooperate with the eFAST acquisition team, including the acquisition support contractor.
