- Scope, Pricing, and Statement of Work Solicitation, SGE500-17-R-0084 SF 1449 Combined Synopsis Notice April 27, 2017 Combined Synopsis and Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number SGE500-17-R-0084 The Regional Procurement Support Office Frankfurt on behalf of the U.S. Embassy Frankfurt provides the following Solicitation Notice for Request for Quotes (RFQ): The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement for emergency repair work of two rotary screw 407 C chillers, utility plant controls, one primary chilled water pump, one secondary chilled water pump, one heat water pump, and the domestic water systems (including the domestic water controls) in the central energy plant (CEP) at the American Embassy Tbilisi, Georgia. The contractor is to perform the services in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW), the terms and conditions of this solicitation, and in strict conformance with the contract clauses and any special conditions contained herein. Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested Vendors should monitor this website frequently for possible amendments. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-95, effective 13 January 2017. Acquisition Method: The Government is conducting this acquisition using the simplified acquisition procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). If the dollar amount exceeds the simplified acquisition threshold, then the Government will be using the test program for commercial items authorized by Subpart 13.5 of the FAR. Contract Type: The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price type contract. No multiple awards will result from this solicitation. The attached solicitation, and Scope, Pricing, and Statement of Work provide all required information for submitting an offer.
