THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. The NCO 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, 115 S. 84th Street, Suite 101, Milwaukee, WI 53214, is performing market research. This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government at this time. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought notice is to determine interest and capability of potential vendors, including Small Business, Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB), and Service-Disabled Veteran-Own Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333241. The Tomah VA Medical Center has a need for brand name or equal meal delivery system for delivering bulk food carts to residents on all 6 Community Living Center neighborhoods and equipment for tray delivery to acute medical and mental health units. Specifications/salient characteristics: Dining room service cart: Dinex DXMTXHR or equal Cart shall have one hot and one refrigerated compartment to maintain temperatures from 33 F to 165 F Constructed of commercial grade stainless steel Must work with Ergo-Express 4000SLH motorized tug. Dimensions to be within noted ranges - length: 51"-52.5"; height to heated serving surface: 38"-39" and height to top shelf of cart: 54"- 55" Shall operate on 120v electrical Plug configuration NEMA 5-20P 120v, 20 AMP Each compartment must hold up to 8 full size pans to a pan depth of 2.5" Shall have 2 individually controlled aluminum hot top surfaces with breaker strips to prevent heat transfer to adjacent parts Shall have overhead shelf with an LED light Shall have fold down tray slide on front of unit Shall have drop down end shelf on side of cart Shall have 8" casters: 2 swivel and 2 fixed Shall have end mounted stainless steel push handle Shall have full perimeter bumper Custom Hydration Cart: Dinex HNC-DX1665 or equal Constructed of commercial grade stainless steel Must work with Ergo-Express 4000SLH motorized tug. Shall have end mounted stainless steel push handle Shall have 8" casters with noise reduction bearing covers, high temperature wash resistant bearing grease with 2 rigid and 2 swivel with techlock brake Shall have open under storage area with 4 adjustable pull out sliding pan shelves and be enclosed with sliding doors Cart shall include 2 sliding drawers Shall include adjustable 6 bin condiment rack to be mounted on top of cart Shall include 15" drop down end shelf and corner bumpers Dimensions to be within following range: length 51"-52.5" (when end shelf not in use) x depth 28"-29" and height 62"-63" (to top of condiment rack) Tray Make-up Conveyor: Dinex DXIESRC7 or equal Constructed of commercial grade stainless steel Shall be straight-line cantilever type with standard conveyor pan and standard roller assemblies Shall have adjustable conveyor height Conveyor length: 7'-7.5' Shall be mobile unit Induction heated charger: Dinex Smart Therm DX1011120RS or equal Main body constructed primarily of commercial grade stainless steel Electrical requirements shall be single phase, 120 volt, 15 amp Shall have Nema 5-15P plug Shall have automatic standby/shut off Shall have automatic sensor to determine base heating time requirement Shall have digital display panel to show portion of charge that has been completed Shall be compatible with heated bases that are graphite gray in color to coordinate with meal service cups, bowls, and plate cover domes Shall be 1 burner, countertop unit Thermal Pellet bases: Dinex DX821044 or equal Shall be completely sealed, one piece durable high temperature plastic base Shall contain a built in chip that relays charging information to the charger Base shall weigh no more than 1.5# Base color must be graphite gray - no substitutions so as to match with meal service cups, bowls and plate cover domes Induction Charger Workstation: Dinex DXICTABLEM or equal Shall be constructed completely of commercial grade stainless steel Shall be mobile Shall have under-shelf Dimensions to be in the following range: 30"-32"L x 24"-26" W x 30"-32" H For Tray Delivery Carts: Dinex DXTQ1T2D16 or equal Shall be constructed of all stainless steel Shall hold 16 trays(15x20 or 14 x18) Shall have 2 side by side doors Shall have 3 sided top rail Shall have 2 floor drains Shall have heat release vented side panels and corner bumpers Shall have interchangeable rack system with adjustable sizing to accommodate for different tray sizes Shall have gravity locking doors with noise suppression door bumpers and gravity locking open door with door stop for noise reduction Shall have 6" casters (2 rigid and 2 swivel) with tech lock brakes All interested firms who can meet the requirements stated above should respond, in writing, INCLUDING ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: Company name.
