Description
Resume Certification Subcontractor Consent Past Performance Questionnaire DRAFT DD254 Continuation DRAFT DD254 Performance Work Statement FA6800-17-R-0001 A3 ICBM SES The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency, Operating Location Air Force Global Strike Command, Specialized Contracting Division (AFICA/KGQ), Barksdale AFB, LA, is requesting proposals to obtain non-personal services for the A3 ICBM SES contract. The description is changed to A3 ICBM SES. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Air Force Installation Contracting Agency (AFICA) of the U.S. Air Force intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile System Engineering Services (ICBM SES). The period of performance for this requirement will include a one (1) year base period and two (2), one (1) year option periods. The ICBM SES acquisition is for on-site engineering and technical Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) in support of Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC). AFGSC is responsible for conducting the Mission Area Assessment process to evaluate subordinate units' ability to accomplish the AF missions in specific Mission Areas. To meet these responsibilities, HQ AFGSC requires extensive ICBM weapon system and helicopter expertise. Work is to be conducted at Barksdale AFB, LA; FE Warren AFB, WY; Offutt AFB, NE; and other locations as required. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) codes is 541330 with a small business size standard of $38.5M with the Exception for Military and Aerospace Equipment and Military Weapons. Planned contract performance is as follows: Base Period, 28 September 2017 - 27 September 2018; Option Period 1, 28 September 2018 - 27 September 2019; Option Period 2, 28 September 2019 - 27 September 2020. The relevant solicitation documents, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS), will be posted on or after 22 March 2017. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package. The solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOps; hard copies will not be available. All prospective offerors muste be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation costs. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date.
